HOW DO I EARN REWARDS POINTS?

You earn points with every purchase you make on our website. Subscribers to our Subscribe & Save program earn double points on their orders, while non-subscribers earn regular points. Occasionally, we offer promotions where you can earn bonus points on specific products or actions! You'll get 200 points, just for signing up with an account using your email address.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY REWARDS POINTS?

Redeeming points is easy! Simply log into your account, check your points balance, and select the rewards you'd like to claim. Your discounts or perks will be applied to your next purchase.

CAN I USE REWARDS POINTS ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS?

No, rewards points cannot be applied to subscription orders. However, you can use your points on one-time purchases or gifts!

DO MY REWARDS POINTS EXPIRE?

Yes, your points will expire after 12 months if not used. Make sure to redeem your points before they expire to maximize your savings!

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?

Log into your Good Organics account and navigate to the "Rewards" section. Your current points balance will be displayed, along with available rewards to redeem.

DO I EARN REWARD POINTS ON SUBSCRIPTIONS?

Absolutely! Subscribers earn 2X rewards points (10%) on every order, while non-subscription orders earn 5% back. Keep in mind, points can't be used on subscription orders. We recommend redeeming your points on a one-time purchase or for gift shopping!

WHEN DO I CLAIM MY ANNUAL GIFT?

After 12 consecutive months of subscription orders, you’ll unlock an exclusive subscriber-only gift! Once your 12th order is delivered, you can claim your free gift directly on our website.

ARE THERE OTHER WAYS TO EARN POINTS?

Yes! In addition to earning points on purchases, you can also earn points by engaging with our brand—writing product reviews, following us on social media, or referring a friend.
